How Do I Get a Six Pack
So I've been told that I'm running in a 10k next year and the first thing that went through my mind was how much it hurt running/walking the 5k I did this year with my family. I've had my beer belly for quite some time now, although I think it was more to do with food than beer that made it grow.
Although I'm 6'1" I weigh about 250lbs, mostly around my belly which slows me down and gives me a stitch more often then not. A couple of years ago my wife and I joined weight watchers and I did lose some weight but I didn't really keep with it as lots of things changed. Since then you could say I was on a downward slope until this 10k thing!
Let’s be honest with ourselves here, losing belly fat is just one of those things that is hard for people to do. We are so set in our minds with eating certain things and sitting on the couch watching the next episode of Hero's or Desperate Housewives that we just make it right in our minds that we'll do it tomorrow.
What about sitting on the couch watching a program like the 'The Biggest Loser' while eating a super sized bag of chips or chocolate bar while whining that you wish you could lose your belly fat. Well you know what, those people are usually over 300lbs and yet they are pushing themselves to the extreme because they no longer want to be the way they are. They also know that if they don't lose the weight they will more likely to be dead before they reach 50.
So I spent some time looking at different products, diets, pills and guides, and do you know what I found? Well I'd say that 90% on the stuff out there is designed to pray on your weakness and need for something quick and easy and all you end up with is disappointment, frustration and an emptier wallet!
So I decided that something needed to be done to not just shed the 80 or so lbs that I need to be in tip top condition but also something that would quickly and easily show somebody who has little motivation or time how to exercise at home.
OK so what am I going to do about my belly fat you ask? OK so I said earlier that around 90% of the schemes, pills, etc were a waste of time, kinda got sidetracked into a rant then, but there are some things out there which do work.
I found a product which is a little out of the norm of traditional diets or weight loss guides in that it tells you about the kinds of foods that you wouldn't normally think would allow you to lose belly fat. It also talks about the kind of alleged 'health foods' which actually increase your belly fat. It explains the weird exercises that allow you to burn your fat faster than any typical traditional cardio exercise you can do in the gym.
I remember when I first came across the product I thought it was a bunch of marketing 'hype', however I watched the presentation just to pass some time before heading out for a run and I was pretty amazed at what I saw. Still I didn't totally believe what I saw so I dug a bit further and looked for independent reviews of the product that might cast it in a negative light, but I found zero, zilch, nada, nothing that made it sound like hype.
What I did find was a solid product that would work me out, not just to lose my belly fat, but also to work out the rest of my body without having to go to a gym and fork out another $40+ a month and have to go out in -40 degree weather! At minimum I can use just my body weight for the exercises’ however you can purchase some very affordable equipment which will improve any results immediately and much quicker than body weight alone.
The other great thing about the product is that it talks about nutrition as well as exercise so you never feel like you’re only getting half the picture!
Its been over 3 weeks now and after that time I've lost around 20lbs and 3 inches from my waist! I can't recommend this product enough to people that want to lose any weight, from 20lbs all the way up to 200lbs+! There is nothing difficult about the exercises’, regardless of your size, or the food you have to eat as there is so much choice! I'm very picky about what I eat and I'm not keen on salad so this product was perfect for me!
I hate sounding too hype-y, but I really can’t believe that this is actually working and that I am losing the belly I thought I was stuck with for the rest of my life!
